Everything you need to know about finding and buying event tickets through Purveyor.
Purveyor is a live event discovery platform covering concerts, theatre, sports, and more across 555+ cities worldwide. We help you find tickets for upcoming shows, explore venues, and discover artists on tour. When you're ready to buy, we connect you directly with authorized ticket resellers through our partner TicketNetwork.
No — Purveyor is an affiliate discovery platform. When you click 'Get Tickets' you're taken to an authorized reseller's website where the actual purchase happens. This means your transaction is processed by an established ticket marketplace with buyer guarantees, and we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
The prices shown on Purveyor are estimates based on current resale market data from the TicketNetwork feed. Ticket prices in the secondary market change constantly based on demand, availability, and time to event. The final price — including service fees — is shown on the reseller's checkout page before you confirm any purchase.
Completely free. Purveyor earns a commission from ticket resellers when you make a purchase through our links. You never pay more than you would going directly to the reseller's site.
Find the event you want on any city hub, artist page, or venue page, then click the 'Get Tickets' button next to the date you want. You'll be taken to an authorized reseller where you can select your seats, review the total price including fees, and complete your purchase securely.
Yes. All tickets sold through our partner links are from authorized resellers in the TicketNetwork marketplace, which includes a buyer guarantee. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you're entitled to a refund per the reseller's policy.
Event cancellations and refund policies are handled by the reseller where you purchased your tickets. Purveyor is not a party to ticket transactions and cannot process refunds. Contact the reseller directly using the confirmation email you received at purchase.
Refund and exchange policies vary by reseller. Most secondary market ticket sales are final, though cancellations typically trigger automatic refunds. Check the reseller's terms before purchasing if this is a concern.
The 'from' price reflects the lowest available listing at the time the data was last updated, before service fees. Final prices include the reseller's service fees, which typically add 20-30% to the face value. This is standard across all secondary ticket marketplaces.
Our event data is updated daily from the TicketNetwork feed. New events, price changes, and sold-out listings are refreshed automatically. For the most current availability, always check the reseller's site directly before purchasing.
We currently cover 555+ cities with active ticket inventory. If your city isn't listed it likely means there aren't enough events currently on sale in our feed to build a useful page. We expand coverage regularly — check back as new events go on sale.
Our seating charts are provided by Seatics and show the standard venue configuration. The actual layout for your specific event may differ depending on stage setup (end-stage, center-stage, in-the-round, etc.) and how much of the venue is in use. Always check the reseller's interactive seat map when selecting seats.
Our before/after guides suggest dining, bars, parking, and neighborhood info near major venues. These are editorial recommendations based on the venue's neighborhood — not paid placements. Specific hours and availability should always be verified directly with the restaurant or bar.
Our listings are driven by what's available in the TicketNetwork marketplace. If an event isn't showing up, it may not yet be listed for resale. You can check directly at ticketnetwork.com or contact us at hello@purveyor.com.
Search for the artist in the search bar at the top of any page, or browse the artists section at purveyor.com/artists/. Each artist page shows all upcoming dates across every city where tickets are available, sorted chronologically.
Purveyor only shows dates where tickets are currently available in the secondary resale market. If tickets haven't gone on general sale yet, or if an event sold out before reaching the resale market, it may not appear. For brand new announcements, check the artist's official site and come back to Purveyor once resale listings are active.
Not yet — but this is on our roadmap. In the meantime, bookmarking an artist's page on Purveyor and checking back is the easiest way to monitor availability.
No account needed. Purveyor is fully browsable without signing in. When you're ready to buy, you'll create an account on the reseller's site (not on Purveyor).
Our search covers 555+ cities, 22,000+ artists, and thousands of venues. Try searching by the artist's exact name, the city name, or the venue name. If something isn't appearing, it may not currently have active ticket listings in our system.
