View interactive seating →- Orchestra center seats (rows D–M in most proscenium houses) give the ideal combination of proximity and perspective. The front mezzanine is frequently preferred by experienced theatregoers — elevated enough to see the full stage picture, close enough to read expressions.
- The rear orchestra can feel disconnected from the stage energy. Extreme side sections in the corners may have limited sightlines depending on the production.
- For musicals, mezzanine center is often the best value in the house — similar views to premium orchestra at a lower price point. For straight plays with intimate staging, closer orchestra seats are worth the premium.
- Compared to arena shows, this purpose-built theatre space means acoustics are dramatically better and every seat feels intentional.
